About PureFest 2018

PureFest is Chicago’s faith-based improv and sketch festival and will be hitting the stage on Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Why? Well, Chicago is the American hub of improv and sketch. Almost all of your favorite stars of sketch shows like Saturday Night Live have come through Chicago. Each year, in honor of this rich heritage of amazing improv and sketch talent, Chicago hosts improv and sketch festivals to build community, celebrate talent, and to showcase that talent.

Seeing how faith-based entertainment is growing in quality and popularity on a much larger scale, creator Dave Ebert felt God’s calling to pursue a showcase for faith-based improv and sketch, and host it in the hub of American improv and sketch-Chicago!
The amazing folks at Cross Point Church are hosting the inaugural PureFest and are fully in support of the mission of PureFest.

You can get involved, too! We need volunteers, a street team, and people to get the word to their local churches and organizations that have a drama or improv ministry!
Oh, yeah, and of course, we need all improv and sketch teams that perform clean, God-honoring, excellent work! We serve and excellent God, and we want this event to be excellent to honor Him!

Visit www.PureFest.org for more, or email us at info@PureFest.org.

Registration deadline for PureFest 2018 is Friday, August 31.

PureFest is hosted by Cross Point Church. The address to the venue is:
17530 W. Fox Hollow Dr., Lockport, IL 60441
