About Omaha Improv Fest 2019

We are back for our 7th year and for the first time we are putting a strong focus on Nebraskans who have moved out and have found success in improv! If you are from here or have someone on your team who is, please submit! We also would still love to have plenty of teams and guests who aren't from here though! We have some amazing musical coaches here and some shows we know you are going to love to watch.

We have some great guests already on board including Katie O'Brien from the tv show Teachers, Andel Sudik from Second City Chicago, and Bob Wiltfong from The Daily Show, plus guest appearances by local celebrities like Houston Alexander. Plus musical improvisers Matt Geiler from Omaha, T.J. Mannix from NYC, and Stacey Smith from Chicago will all be teaching musical improv workshops and doing shows!

We work every year to make our festival better, and we think you are going to really love the community feel this year! This fest will be during Memorial Weekend, so you'll want to stick around Sunday for a huge grillout and shows that night. We will also have after-parties every night and a social hour Friday before shows begin!
