About Logan Square Improv Festival 2020

We’re excited to announce the first ever Logan Square Improv Festival!

ABOUT THE THEATER

We first opened our doors as a non-profit theater on November 1st, 2018. Since then, we have enjoyed putting up comedy shows lined with local Chicago talent week after week. We have regular weekend programming filled with longform and shortform improv, sketch, stand up, and solo work! In addition to our shows, we offer introductory longform improv classes and open performance shows with a focus on making improv and comedy accessible for everyone!

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

We’re excited to put up this longform improv festival to share our new space with performers from outside the city of Chicago! Each weekend, we rotate in a variety of improv teams from around the city with our regular show programming. We strive to be a theater where any performer can jump up on stage and feel confident, excited, and empowered to do their best work. We are looking for this festival to be an accessible event for everyone to share the experience of an LSI show and laugh in a room full of friends for a weekend!
