Amy's Info
I started taking short form in 2011 at Stevie Rays Improv Company and was hooked. From there, I studied and trained at HUGE Theater in Minneapolis in the art of long form improv and have taken multiple workshops from improvisors around the country.I produced a monthly show called Dynamic Duos and perform at different locations around the Twin Cities and improv festivals in the midwest with my awesome duo partner. I have also performed with PAM, Cursed, Amy Presents and other ensembles.
After working for 10 years at an inner city charter school, I started my own improv company in 2013 called JUST KIDDING IMPROV. I now teach improv to all ages, Kindergarten - senior citizens, and all abilities.
My clients are schools, community education, churches, businesses, conferences and drop in classes I also offer a social skills class using improv to ASD teens and young adults. I have presented workshops at conferences and teach drop in classes at improv theaters.
