Carlos's Info
Carlos Rivera is a 16 year veteran of the South Florida improv scene who now studies and performs improv, musical improv, & skech comedy in Chicago. During his time in Florida, Carlos performed regularly in teams from Miami-Dade to Boca Raton, taught improv & sketch, directed shows, and coached teams. He also was a co-owner of an improv theater for several years. Carlos performs on numerous teams and has performed at multiple festivals across the country in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Chicago, as well as Miami, Tampa, Sarasota & Gainesville in his home state.Carlos is currently a student of the Second City Writing Program as well as their Musical Iimprov Conservatory. He is also a student at the Annoyance, as well as an ensemble member of the Under The Gun Theater and of the 2016 Summer/Fall Artist's Lab series at Stage 773. He also co-hosts the Podcast Cluster Fudge program, and has taught workshops at both the Sarasota & Tampa Improv Festivals.
