Winner of Best Workshop of Improv Utopia’s Yosemite TinyFest 2019 and named “Most Likely to start a two-hour discussion on improv theory," Luke pulls from his years of experience being taught by some of the best improvisers from across the country (Jill Bernard, Brian O’Connell, Joe Bill, Craig Cackowski) to bring a unique perspective to familiar topics and specializing in scene breakdowns using Position Play theory.

Luke teaches for the KC Improv Company Training Center and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Improv Festival, one of the longest-running festivals in the country. He is the former Co-Director of the KCIC Training Center which serves more than 200 students annually. His teaching experience also includes individual team coaching, professional training for business professionals, and judging the College Improv Tournament.

Luke performs regularly as a member of the KC Improv Company ensemble and the nationally touring independent group The Colin Collective. Notable performances include the St. Louis, Omaha, Denver, New York, and Kansas City improv festivals as well as the Northland Comedy Festival and the Del Close Marathon.
