Lindsey's Info

Lindsey Theis is new to Denver after calling Omaha, NE and its improv scene home for nearly six years. She loves how having a "yes, and" mentality can open up new possibilities and make life more fun.

Lindsey is currently in classes and on house teams at the Bovine theater and Graffenberg Productions in Denver.

She's a founding member of Big Canvas, an improv nonprofit that focuses on performances, education, and outreach in Omaha. She enjoys teaching beginner level improv workshops, and applied improv workshops in topics like public speaking and improv in the classroom.

In addition to performing long and short form with Big Canvas, Theis was a performer with Omaha's The Backline, including Cage-Free (Harold), Interrogated (Armando), Undocumented (Harold), and Words with Friends with Benefits (Narrative). She continues to coach teams and produces shows out The Backline in Omaha, including the city's first all-female and diversity jam (Broad Perspective). She also performs sketch comedy. Before Omaha, Lindsey was part of Carolina Improv Company in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

She loves her dog Boomer more than life herself. Naps are a close second.

Currently Teaching at: Big Canvas
