10,000 Hours was formed in 2013 after Rani, Ryan, Molly, and Katia met in the Second City Conservatory program in Hollywood. They wanted to take their performances into their own hands and shape their own shows. The team finally felt complete after Jeff and Sean joined not long after. Since their first few shows and as they've gotten closer to their 10,000 hours they've grown to become an important team among Los Angeles's indie improv troupes. They've been coached by the amazing talents of Nathan Ballard, Kevin McGeehan, Jet Eveleth, Holly Laurent, Ithamar Enriquez, Mark Raterman, Greg Hess, Matt Craig, Jamie Moyer, and Dave Razowsky. They focus on finding the comedy in the benign, the truth in the absurd, and the connection between the two.
