About 4th Rule Improv Presents: Random House

Hi. I'm Joe Spence. I am an improviser based in Los Angeles. I am a graduate of Second City, iO West, ComedySportz LA, and The Nerdist School. I teach and perform at LA Connection. I studied game at UCB and also got to study with Groundlings founder Gary Austin.
Studying at these different programs introduced me to many approaches to the art form of improvisation and players with so many different styles. Now, I want to meet you. Lets get up on stage and play. Random house will feature a scene between myself and a first time improviser, a scene with a current student at any program, and a scene with one or two graduates from any improv training program. Then we can see how well we speak the same language. And of course, most importantly, we'll have fun!
The show has been put up at the iO West Improv Festival in back to back years. Now we're taking it on the road.
