I'm a Stripper, Now What?

We've all been the stripper. In this workshop we will identify "classic" improv situations where performers are pimped into uncomfortable characters or scenarios and work out ways to prevent them from happening in the first place, and what to do when it's too late and they've already scene painted a stripper pole. Operating as a forum and workshop - students can expect to explore and troubleshoot several of the frustrations that emerge in improv scenes when our scene partners can only identify the performer and not the character. Students will learn how they can use the tools of improv to serve their scene work when yes and goes too far. This is an ideal workshop for new and seasoned improvisers alike.
