Improv Workshop for Teens

Teaching improv and acting in Los Angeles has provided the opportunity to coach on camera skills to some of the brightest young actors in LA. Joe emphasizes a sense of play in classes, but always with professionalism, no matter the age of the student. Respect the intelligence and curiosity of a young person and they will never cease to amaze, surprise, or maybe even teach you something new.       This workshop is geared for the younger improv actor, and we will be focusing on the Actor part. Whether the student is already working in the on-camera world, is interested in getting into professional acting, or is simply looking to become a better improviser (not just doing kid improv shows but doing more interesting and fun improvisation) then this is the class to take. We will do exercises and scene work designed to make the young actor freer in their performance and to make the improviser more grounded and connected.
