Believe in Your Make Believe

We know that improv is made up on the spot. However if our decisions don't feel routed in something concrete, it becomes easy for us to doubt our choices, and give our audience an excuse to disengage from the world we're building. This workshop will focus on strengthening our character's convictions, beliefs and philosophies, and committing to engaging actively in our environments. Improvisers will develop strong character points of view, work through questions and wishy-washy half ideas and proclaim clearly their wants and beliefs. The most important takeaway from this workshop will be for improvisers to believe and commit 100% to their choices, and to remember that if they don't believe what they're saying, the audience won't either.
