Ashley's Info

Ashley Comeau is an Actor, Improviser, and Writer hailing from Toronto, Canada. Ashley is a Second City mainstage alumna who wrote and starred in three revues at The Second City Toronto. Her revues garnered her a Dora nomination and a Canadian Comedy Award nomination. She was named runner up for Best Female Improviser in Toronto from NOW Magazine's "Best Of Awards 2014" and was named Best Female Improviser in 2015.

She has performed with the likes of Martin Short, Colin Mochrie and John Cleese. She performs all over North America, Africa and Europe with her comedy troupe - The Lusty Mannequins, and in many shows like Theatresports, Live Journal, Throwdown, and Cult Wayward.

She has taught classes and workshops for The Second City for over nine years, for Bad Dog Theatre in Toronto, Social Capital and workshops all over the world - even on the ocean. She loves improv so much that she has recently become the Head of Programing for Improv Levels A-E at Second City Training Centre in Toronto.

Recently back from teaching in Hamburg and Cape Town with the Lusty Mannequins, Ashley continues to fall in love with it more and more each day - yeah, she's one of those.

She writes for TV and acts now, used to be a tour guide, and almost became a funeral director. That pretty much sums her up. You can follow her on Twitter @ashleycomeau

Recent TV credits: Odd Squad, Odd Tube, Degrassi:Next Class, Cold Blood.
