About Charm City Comedy Festival 2018

The Charm City Comedy Festival, Baltimore’s only festival for improv, sketch, and
standup, will take place from May 2nd – 6th and May 9th – 12th, 2018. Over two
weekends, we'll showcase headliners from prominent comedy theaters, including
Coldtowne Theater and more TBA.

Improv week events will include shows on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at the Charm City Comedy Project in Hampden. Our venue is the
Lou Costello Room, otherwise known as the upstairs bar at Zissimos, 1023 W 36th
St, Baltimore, MD 21211.

Improv and sketch workshops will be held on Saturday, May 5th and Sunday, May
6th at Zissimos Bar. Standup workshops will be held on Saturday, May 12th at Zissimos Bar. Our instructors, some of the most respected minds in the field of comedy, will come from all over the U.S. to provide training for various levels and styles of performers.
