About IMPRIDE 2019

We are so excited to announce our third year of the Impride Festival! Partnering with San Diego Pride we produce the world first LGBTQ+ Improv Festival! All ticket sale profits go towards LGBTQ+ Youth Arts Programs and submissions are FREE!

This year our festival will be on the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. We will celebrate the legacy of LGBTQ+ Improvisers that paved the way for us to thrive today. We will have our special "Big Gay Improv Show" where we will be interviewing participants from the Stonewall Riots. Hearing their stories is reason enough to come let alone all the other shows, workshops, and parties!

The Festival will be located at Finest City Improv which is now located in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego and is the heart of the "gayborhood".

This festival is designed to celebrate LGBTQ+ improvisers, and their allies! Please submit and tell us about your diversity or how you are an active ally for the LGBTQ+ community.
