Using Shortform Concepts to Improve Longform Scenework

Game play, gimmicks, scenes that exist in a vacuum - how do these shortform paradigms fit into the world of longform improvisation? In this workshop we will apply shortform techniques and rules to longform scenework, allowing you to comfortably transition to longform performance and/or add some new tools to your improv toolbelt. No shortform experience? No problem. We'll discuss the rules that support each performance technique and how to apply based on the performance opportunity.
