Maya Haughton is an instructor, performer and producer based out of Chicago, IL. She offers independent workshops and private coaching and has also taught in the improv program at The Second City Training Center. In addition to teaching, Maya has performed at The Second City in a variety of shows such as The Second City After Hours: A Late Night Improv Show, Legendary Laughs, Let’s Make It Perfectly Queer: A Salute to Pride, Dysfunctional Family Affair and The Second City’s Black History Month Show. She has been an understudy for the resident mainstage show, Do You Believe in Madness, and was recently on the company of The Second City’s National Touring Company. Additional ensembles include Baby Wants Candy, Matt Damon Improv (The Annoyance), The Musical Armando (iO), and Improv Asylum (Boston). Guest performances include PIMPROV (CIC) and Baby Wine (The Annoyance).
