With over 8 years of performance experience and upwards of 4 years teaching experience, I bring a breadth of knowledge to my students. I can pinpoint bad and good habits quickly, while differentiating between an improviser's play-style and their crutches. My knowledge of improv is ideological but through a lens of practicality. My goal is to help improvisers re-imagine how they think about improv through forms, scene work, and pointed exercises.I have trained with Gavin Hawk (American Stage, Hawk & Wayne), Mike McCusker ([formerly] iO West, Cook County Social Club), Amey Goerlich (UCB/Westside Comedy Theatre, KROMPF), Michael Garcia (Pack Theater, Cherry), David Harris (UCB), Mary Sohn (Second City), Ryan Marsico (Red Door), Dylan Carey (Annoyance/iO) and many more...
I also perform stand-up comedy and write and perform sketch comedy.
